What counts as 1 credit?
A credit is used each time you press "Apply changes." Every transformation requires a background — you cannot apply a logo without selecting a background first. Whether you replace the background only or combine it with a logo, the cost is exactly 1 credit per photo.

Example
If you select 3 photos and press "Apply changes", each photo uses 1 credit, meaning 3 photos = 3 credits.
Tip:
- Apply your background and logo at the same time to save credits. Applying them in two separate steps costs 2 credits per photo.
- Decide on your logo position before applying. Changing it afterwards costs another credit per photo.
How many credits do I get?
Monthly contingent
Your monthly credits depend on your subscription package and how many listing slots you have booked.

Monthly credits reset on the TBD of each month. Unused monthly credits do not carry over.
Tip: Keep an eye on your monthly reset date. If it is coming up soon, it may be worth waiting rather than dipping into your purchased contingent.
Launch promotion
To help you find the right background and settings, we offer bonus credits for the first 4 weeks after launch. Launch credits are consumed first — before your monthly or purchased credits — so you can explore freely.

The 4-week promotion window is defined by the launch date, not your individual joining date. If you subscribe 3 weeks after launch, you only have the remaining days to use your launch credits.

What happens when I run out of credits?
If all your credits are exhausted, you won't be able to perform any action in the AI Studio until you purchase an extra contingent or wait for your monthly credits to reset. Auto-charging is not available — you stay in control of what you spend.
How / where can I buy extra credits?
If you run out of all other credits, you can buy an extra contingent at any time — from the billing page or via "Buy more" in the AI Background Studio. Purchased credits are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. You always choose from 3 pack sizes, and larger packs include a volume discount. No additional discounts can be stacked.
The available pack sizes depend on your subscription, because the purpose of extra credits differs:
